A quick glimpse at my working practice reveals a seemingly divergent set of disciplines; the spirit from which they stem is one. Over the past decade a large portion of my creative work has been in the form of curating exhibitions. This work took the majority of my time. After dealing with the threat of blindness which has left me visually impaired and facing my visual mortality I made a shift towards studio work to capitalize on my remaining sight.

With changes in my vision my process has changed, as has my appreciation of what sight can offer and what it cannot offer to to the creative act. Through this I have reestablished photography and painting as my primary pursuits.
